BFCM FAQ

What is the BFCM offer?

Everything is on sale. Enjoy discounts from 30 percent off up to 75 percent off. No code needed. Prices are as marked.

When does the sale end?

The sale runs for a limited time only and will end on 1/12/25 at 11:59PM AEDT. Once the sale ends our prices will return to full price. We recommend shopping early to avoid missing out.

Are there any exclusions?

No. Everything is included.

Do I need a code?

No. The discount is applied to the product already. Prices are as marked.

Can I use loyalty vouchers or gift cards?

Gift cards can be used during the sale. Loyalty vouchers can be applied as usual unless your voucher terms state otherwise.

Can I return sale items?

Yes. You can return BFCM purchases for a refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Any product discounted 50 percent or more is considered final sale and can only be returned for credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are shipped daily through our warehouse or your selected store. Shipping may take slightly longer during BFCM due to high volumes, but most orders still arrive within standard timeframes displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Can I pick up in store?

Yes. Store pickup is available at checkout. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to collect.

I placed an order but want to change or cancel it

We pack orders quickly, but contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed, we can help with changes.

Can I combine orders

Unfortunately orders cannot be combined once placed.

What if I receive a faulty item?

Please contact our customer care team and we will resolve this quickly.

Will the prices go lower later?

No. BFCM is our best pricing of the season.
