Planning & Inventory Coordinator
We are currently looking for a organised & detail oriented Planning & Inventory Coordinator to join our Alpha60 Studio team in Collingwood.
THE ROLE
As a Planning and Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the inventory management process from start to finish, working closely with our production, planning & operation teams. This is a multi faceted position providing support between key departments. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment & have excellent communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Multi faceted role liaising between production, planning & operation teams.
- Organising packing lists from suppliers & importing stock.
- Maintaining all product information between various platforms.
- Provide key admin support for our production & planning team.
- Maintain optimal levels of stock by setting up and managing min/max thresholds for key styles.
- Conduct regular reviews of warehouse inventory to minimise idle stock and ensure efficient allocation.
- Generate and distribute weekly sales analysis reports for designated regions, providing valuable insights to the business.
- Perform sales and stock analysis across various parameters, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate stock movements between our stores.
- General administration tasks within the studio.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE..
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including filters, sorting, formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, high organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Capable of multitasking and adept at problem-solving.
- Previous experience with Shopify & Stocky would be a bonus.
- This is an entry level position & would be ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the fashion industry.

Assistant Manager Melbourne
We are on the hunt for our next retail super star to join our Fitzroy team as the Assistant Store Manager. In this position you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day operations including inventory management, providing excellent customer service and on-going training support for our team.
This is a customer facing role, so the ideal candidate must be someone who loves to be on the shop floor, nurtures our wonderful customer base & provides exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on having an excellent work place culture and are looking for a leader to help guide, support and grow our Fitzroy team.
This is an entry level management position so experience is preferred but not essential
This role would be suited for a part time or full time candidate
Below are some of, but not limited to the key responsibilities for this role.
- Manage the daily operations of the store, including overseeing inventory, sales, and customer service
- Help to train and coach a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
