As a Warehouse & Online Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our online orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner, and that our warehouse is organised and running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, supporting our stores, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed.
This is a casual role, looking for around 2-3 days per week. Some weekend work will be required over peak trading times.

General Maintenance Coordinator Melbourne
We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team in our newly created General Maintenance Co-ordinator position. This role is Melbourne based, reporting out of our Collingwood Warehouse. This is a fun, dynamic position for someone who is handy with tools and has a keen eye for detail to assist with various maintenance tasks around our company.
As our General Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the overall upkeep and functionality of our stores, studio and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as building repairs, cleaning, painting and carpentry.
- Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify any issues that may need attention
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a safe and well
-maintained work environment- Some inter
-state travel may be reqiured
To excel in this role, you must have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred for this role however all candidates will be considered.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Can do attitude with strong attention to detail & time management
- Ability to lift heavy objects & work on tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills & ability to complete jobs set.
- A valid drivers licence is essential.
