All Returns

All returns are to be processed via post through our returns portal or in person by visiting one of our store locations.


Cost

You can return your purchase in person to one or our store locations for free.

Alternatively you can return your purchase via post through our returns portal.

Australia
$15 Australia Post flat rate return shipping or alternative shipping arranged at the customers expense.

New Zealand
$25 DHL Express flat rate return shipping or alternative shipping arranged at the customers expense.

Rest of World
$50 DHL Express flat rate return shipping or alternative shipping arranged at the customers expense.


Terms & Conditions

All return requests are to be submitted within 14 days of original purchase.

All full priced and 20% off flash sale purchases can be returned for an exchange, store credit or a full refund to original payment method.

All other sale purchases can be returned for an exchange or store credit (Excludes Melbourne Outlet store).

Sale purchases deemed faulty can be returned for an exchange, store credit or full refund to original payment method.

All Melbourne Outlet store purchases can be returned to the Outlet for an exchange only.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached.

Returned items which are not in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags still attached will unfortunately not be accepted.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Request Portal

1. Please submit a return request via the return portal

2. Wait for email confirmation your return request has been approved

3. Print your shipping label [if applies] and package your order up nicely

4. Include original proof of purchase / printed invoice with your returned item

5. Drop your return off to your local outlet

6. Wait for email updates of return progress
